K26-6 was too small because the 911 division wasn't playing ball with the front engine engineers and limited the 951 VS C2, YOU SHOULD KNOW THE HISTORY AND KNOW THE REAR ENGINE GUYS GET THEIR WAY AND KILLED 968 968T & 928 DEAD !
When you have chips (run richer NOT LEANER) and 3bar fuel pressure you will run richer,
Simple fix is larger 26-8 with way more CFM at top.
Unspent rich fuel comes out the tailpipe as BLACK, watch any turbo between shifts, watch the black smoke out the back of 1000hp GTR until the the RPM's get going then it leans out because of the CFM increases and the velocity flows faster.
