YOU MAY HAVE THE SMALLER 38MM TIAL NOT THE ONE WITH DUAL SPRINGS

Yes, I have 38MM Tial. If I "welded it shut", I would blow the head off, even with my recently installed wide fire head gasket. After installing the Tial, I went for a test drive to dial in the boost using the MBC. I was initially seeing 20 psi until I dialed it back to 15 psi. The K26/6 has the same compressor side as the K26/8. It is capable of producing the same boost as as the K26/8, it just can't hold that boost as high in the rpm range, hence the 30 hp increase for the S using essentially the same boost. However, on the other end, the K26/6 spools up a few hundred rpms sooner.
From my perspective, I have no desire to perform the modifications you suggest. If you read my posts, you would understand this. Having said that, I'm glad that you are happy with the mods you have made and that they "moisten your genitalia". That's great, but it's not what I'm looking for.
