Like any stereotype, when you take general shots at PARF posters, it includes all of them/us. There are plenty of crazy folks and crazy topics here in OT as well, it is just a different crazy (maybe one that many of you like). For example, the PETA crowd would think the coyote killing thread crazy...as well as hunting and even some of the cooking ones. A feminist might think the leg/chest/etc threads jump the shark. The manscaping and murse threads seem odd to me...much as the billet Mustang ones do to some Porschephiles. The part I don't understand is the constant insults in OT regarding folks who chose to also post in PARF. It is not like we do not also post here and in the technical areas and don't see it...so I must assume it to be somewhat of a personal attack.
I realize many of those who like to trash folks in PARF are also those who used to post there and did not enjoy it...either because they were a bit too sensitive or because their argument/knowledge was weak...that is fine. We miss you, but it is not for everyone. If you don't want to post in PARF, in the Technical areas, in the Cayenne or market areas...just don't...but don't go to another forum and throw rocks at folks who do. If you want to smack down the folks posting in PARF, put on your big girl panties and come on over and do it like a big girl.
