I bought a 993 two years ago - it had:

Big Kenesis wheels
Fiberglass turbo tail
Fabspeed Cat and Mufflers (loud)
Huge amp in the trunk
Clear corner markers
Pep Boys steering wheel (actually a tiny, garish Momo but it looked like a Pep Boys style)

I purchased the car for a good price and fortunately it at least had the original tail and steering wheel. I've spent quite a bit of money and time bringing it back to completely stock (including wheels and exhaust). It runs fantastic and I'm very happy with the purchase. I'd have wanted a stock one to begin with but 993s are getting scarce.

In my opinion some of the things you've mentioned are negatives and a turn off. It didn't stop me but it probably will to a lot of buyers.
