What's funny is that the middle finger salute was done one time in complete innocence. The fact that it got a rise out of your wife and daughter caused her to repeat several times to elicit the same reinforcement from them again and again.
Well, you can only imagine that she's now done that to mom, dad, grandma and everyone else she came in contact with on her trip.
