A lot of it depends on how darn tired you are. I'm 62 and GF is 60. We both work full time, over 50 hours a week, and have 40-50 mile commutes daily. On the weekends, which is the only time we see each other, we need to catch up on some rest. Sunday morning is usually the first time that we have enough energy.
4x a week? Not lately.
