I MTB and just started getting my family involved. We all ride Specialized. I have a Stumpjumper Comp 26", wife rides my old 2003 Epic and the kids ride Hotrocks. The bigger wheels may be more popular, but I don't think it will help my endurance which is the limiting factor in my riding.
