2.0 exhaust on 72 model 914
Ok this may sound like an odd question butt....
I have a 72 914 and it seems I remember a discussion about the rear pan being different from 72 to 73. I have a 2.0 bannana muffler and 2.0 exchangers I am going to put on when I do my 2.0 engine conversion. Is the exhaust heat shield on the 72 in the way, will I need to remove it or modify it?
I am sure somone out there has done this conversion on a 72 and I really appreciate your help......

PS,
I also have 916 bumpers, will i have to cut a hole in the rear bumper for the tailpipe?
