Electrical troubleshooting often can't be cost-estimated due to the many locations, reasons and symptoms. Sounds like an incorrect connection on/between fog and light switch.
I would normally endorse TRE and/or TLG, but for some shops a little closer to SGV, there's ArtWerks (on Washington Blvd.) or Strictly German (Colorado Blvd), both in Pasadena. Both are Porsche/German repair shops.
