You might have to poke around the perimeter of the plastic face with a small flat head screwdriver and see if you can get it to pop free. Once off, you may see 2 small holes lined up vertically on each side of the unit, or you may see metal tabs flexed into the dash to hold it all in place. If 2 holes, then some stiff wire will need to be shoved into each hole to release the anchoring mechanism.
