Outlook 2010 Email question
OK, I have a question that has me stumped and I need help form the brain trust.
I have three personal email accounts. There are good reasons and it would make this too long to explain so please accept I can't get rid of those.
I have two email accounts at work. Everything is forwarded to my main work account and that is synchronized with my cell phone using Microsoft Exchange.
The result is all of my email is sent to my work email and my iPhone. We are a very small business and there is zero company management or oversight of the email. I can reply to an email from my cell phone on a weekend or anytime. It is 100% synchronized with my computer.
The only problem with this is (many expletives deleted) SPAM. If I get a spam message and it was sent to one of my personal accounts and I flag it as spam or block the sender it puts all of my personal email on that account in the spam box.
I want to block or flag the real spammer not my personal account.
How can I add the spammer to a blocked list and not block my own address at the same time. Can I set up a white list for my accounts in Outlook 2010?
