Averaging 30mph is pretty common for a readout report. Does not indicate any unusual driving habits. Unless the cars sees a very percentage of mileage on the HWY the numbers will always be in the 25-35 mph range.

The guy lives in the city so probably all stop and go city driving. So this is normal? would like to make sure before I try and buy the car. Thanks for the help
