There's a couple of items listed from the dealer that originally sold the car and the same dealer is now selling it again CPO, but really no service history or much else. Not that you can expect much service from BMW these days.

I wouldn't worry too much about a certified (by BMW) preowned car that is being sold by the original dealership, it was probably a lease return that didn't require any service in the 3 years other than maybe oil changes.
By certifying the car, they intend to stand behind the car and represent it as an honest and true clean car (no floods, accidents, or rebuilds.
