Pulled head stud?
I drove my 74 911 Targa this weekend.

Every time that I shifted and the RPMS dropped, I heard a distinct pop from the exhaust.

This weekend, I'm planning on pulling the valve covers and checking torque on the studs.

Any thoughts?
