It could be a truck lower valence, but why would the hood be completely unblemished?
Here's what I saw:
The first strike on the left looks very low. As in slammed ricer low.
The second over the wheel looks tilted. Lightweight car at slower speeds. No skid marks.
There should be paint transfer.
The slant on the side of the grill for lights indicates square squinty style. Honda perhaps but many have them.
The part is very clean and is newer or the owner took good care of the car.
