This looks interesting, Taurus Curve
First Look: Taurus Curve | Guns & Ammo
Taurus 180 Curve Pistol | .380 ACP 6+1 Rds Black Oxide With Laser and Light
10 oz (plus ammo weight), integral laser and light, .380, 7 (6 + 1) rd, DAO/striker, polymer frame. Supposedly prints like a cellphone. Sheath to cover trigger. Cheap enough that you could break out the drill press and do some drillium. Cons: Slide is not stainless. No second strike. No iron sights. Bore axis seems unnecessarily high.
Of course, gotta use Blazer ammo for the aluminum case (grams, ya know).
Incidentally, while this would require testing for reliability, I'm thinking that for water protection you could wrap the pistol in a single layer of the thinnest, flimsiest "Saran wrap". The theory is, you can stick your trigger finger through the wrap and fire, and the wrap wouldn't (???) interfere with cycling the action.
