Do people actually swap vehicles?
I've seen mentions in the past about people offering to trade their car (plus or minus extra cash) and was wondering if this ever really works.
The reason I ask is I am seriously thinking about selling my 964 C2 that I've owned for 5 years and moving into a 997.1S. I know all about the new cars lacking 'soul'
and I should own both for the best of both worlds but I'm looking for a change and I simply cannot justify owning 2 weekend cars.
2006-07 C2S's seem like a good vintage for a reasonable swap to happen.
Thoughts anyone?
