I am referring to the metal tag inside the upright front drivers door jamb. I was unaware that there was even a tag in the frunk? or trunk meaning engine hole?

The car isn't perfect excellent, but from what I can tell, a ridiculously clean and honest original.

OTHER ISSUE...CO pushed in the trip weeks after buying the car and killed the odo at 111k...15 years ago... but swears (he's not a liar) there's nothing north of 118k on the car.

I advised him to gather as much documentation possible to prove the mileage, receipts, logs, anything...

Advice on dealing with this other than a reputable shop has know of it since it occurred and can vouch for it?
