My friend Chuck has purchased three Porsches from PSA. Just recently a 911S and a Macan. I've visited the dealer three times in the last six months. Their sales staff leaves much to be desired. The first time I asked about ordering a GT3. No deal as they had no allocations. There are plenty for sale on Autotrader. Said they would call if they got one and never did. Second time, couldn't get anyone to help me, so I left. Recently, inquired about a 911 GTS. Wanted to order one. Said their computers were down, but would call the following week and let me know if they had an allocation. Two weeks went by with no call. In frustration, I called the GM and left him a detailed message stating I wanted to order a 911 GTS. My point is that if I am going to buy a new car, I'm going to order what I want. He leaves me a message the next day stating that "he couldn't believe they couldn't help me as they had several on the lot." I'm obviously a very poor communicator or they are a lousy dealership.
