Use it 2 days, must be kept refrigerated, this is the nuclear solution short of Mohs surgery. $500.00 for 2 little tiny tubes If that doesn't get it, there is a "blue light" high intensity treatment at a dermatologist done twice 2 months apart. It is quite uncomfortable and you must stay out of any bright light for 48 - 72 hours. This will hold you for 6 -8 months. The dermatologist will want to biopsy the spot for a definitive answer. Mine have always been basil cells, occasional squamous cell I have been lucky so far with no melanoma. I get a checkup every 6 months, nothing to mess with.
