Had the same thing happen to our sailboat. Travel Lift dripped hydraulic oil on the deck when hauled out for a bottom job and I didn't see the big spots for several days. I used Dawn dish washing detergent to remove as best as I could. A lot depends on the condition of the fiberglass. If the fiberglass is getting old and porous it will most likely leave a stain but the sun will eventually bleach most of it out (in this part of the world anyway).
Just another one of the joys of being a boat owner...
