[Overpaid Slacker]

Ha! I hope to be towing her around with a Travco soon! I took her down to the Glen for the tour de Marque 2 years ago. She was the oldest one there, and had 2 critical systems failures within 12 hours -- fuel pump died going home from dinner the night before the Tour. So,up at 7 the next AM, to the parts store, installed new pump in 15 minutes, back on the road... easy peasy) And then one of the original hard brake lines gave out on the way to the Wings of Eagles to stage for the actual tour 30 minutes later. Somewhere I have a pic of her on the back of a huge flatbed AAA sent to fetch me. She looks like she's on an aircraft carrier.
Strangely, I just renewed my classic insurance policy on the fleet, and the agent offered me a rider that includes "car show protection" ... if your car breaks down on your way to/at a car show, they'll reimburse non-refundable car show fees. Dammit.
