That would only add 535 potentially crappy drivers to the mix. A drop in the bucket compared to the many thousands of 3rd world cabbies and close-in MD suburbanite drivers on our streets.*
*Disclaimer: We have lots of great MD drivers here, too. But the bad ones...oh boy!
