The color and sport seats are cool. I don't think it being a Weissach buys you much (if anything) in value above that. The engine rebuild is a good thing -- was it rebuilt tp stock specs?
I think mid-20s is a "sell it now" price for the car given the condition of the front end. Maybe less depending on the rust.
The heat backdate and suspension mods will be appreciated by some, but the stiffness (and squeeking?) may turn others off.
If you throw this out there at $25k, I could see a dealer coming in a little less, then replacing the fender, respraying the front end in the process, and putting $37,500 on it.
Maybe I am being pessimistic, but I think the average buyer is going to ride you hard about rust on a galvanized car.
Those who do this for a living here tend to argue against painting, as it is generally a break-even prospect (at best) if you do it right. And more often is a net loss.
But the need for rust repair may change that calculus.
You could start at $29,500 and see where that takes you.
