That's always what I've understood to be true. Shipping a firearm to a non-FFL has a potential for jail time, as I understood it.

What kinds of questions would just receivers raise? I'm innocent here, so unsure of what kinds of suspicions a guy moving cross country with a couple of AR-15 lowers raises.
