The free market is so very efficient at establishing wages. Why do we need politicians to do it for us.

Getting paid what you are worth is an incredible incentive to work harder, add skills, and be more productive. Being able to attract and retain quality workers is an incredible incentive to pay fair wages.

With competing employers and employees, everyone gets paid the fair market value of their work.

Everyone benefits when the free market is allowed to function.
