I would agree. Cast wheels generally need to be thicker to make up for strength; hence more weight. 17.3 pounds is far below the weight of a Porsche cast wheel, if memory serves... which presents another question altogether - why are the Porsche cast wheels significantly heavier?
Certainly their supplier has manufacturing resources at least equivalent to Euromeister? Why the delta?
