Installed Kuehl barrier hoses over the course of the weekend.
Took me about 9 hours all-in (prep, work, distractions, beer runs, recharge, cleanup). It was a NASTY job. The old lady came out while I was working and took a picture. She told me I looked like I had been working in a coal mine.
Pulled a vacuum for about an hour while I was cleaning up, then left it for an hour to see if there were any leaks. It was still holding vacuum, so I put in 43 oz of r-134a, reaching pressures of 45 low-side / 250 hi-side.
While I had it up on jack stands, I swapped out the driver's side valve cover gaskets, which had been weeping.
So she is ready to go for the summer.
