This is a big screw-up.
I have bought from geek for years. Only one Porsche part for a 944, though. I have found PP is close, if not cheaper, with prices when genuine Bosch.
I would craft a complaint letter stating "You guys screwed me because I ordered this and got that." Ask why it happened and why you should foot the bill. You have a very straight forward case.
They seem to be reasonable and three days is extreme for a response.
Also, check your bank detail. They may have refunded the net. Not saying you did not, but maybe. I have never experienced a rip-off situation.
