- A.B. 3671 would save money, conserve resources and bring New York in line with other comparable states that are moving to a single plate requirement.

I like the idea but I absolutely refuse to pay to have only one plate. What a freakin scam for the state to charge, just one more example of the stupidity of politicians. How are they going to enforce this, just another distraction from doing the job of putting bad people in jail.
This state is crazy. What next? No stopping the stupidity now. I have been involved in emergency services for a number of years and can tell you we get no funds from the state and I don't see that changing, don't even get any tax breaks or benefit of collective procurement which would seem to me to make good sense. Our rather remote ambulance service is totally self funded, and ambulance cost $150K and we get one every 10 years, that's just for starters. ****in crazy!
