House next door to me is under contract, got a crew here removing the existing underground oil tank.
The folks that bought it must be excited to get in and rip everything out. The house screams '55 and the owner was a chain smoker since then...the white walls have a beautiful nicotine tint
In other news, I've got a crew at my house getting busy on a 18x26' patio, blue stone with fieldstone sitting walls surrounding, classic look.
And, T-minus 12 weeks until little Sauce numero dos makes an appearance.
