1) Finding THE exact engine and trans to this specific car will be an impossible task probably.
BUT...
2) If it's a US '75 Carrera, ANY 2,7 US-Spec CIS motor will fit in there and is technically correct for the year and model so finding some tired or clean '75 2,7 running motor or core shouldn't be much of a problem. I don't see finding a '74 or '75 trans being an issue either. It will never be matching #s but they will be correct.
Be prepared to spend huge $$$ to bring it back to where it was by removing the panels and fenders, etc. However your turbo motor is valuable so that could add to the pot for the resto. Being #29 of the US Carrera production is now valuable, not three years ago where it would have been laughed at and left as-is.
If you have the stomach for it, the space, the money, and the overall patience it would definitely be worthwhile to put back to OEM. Finding the 2,7 CIS motor to go in there will be the least of your worries.
AND ALWAYS KEEP THIS IN MIND: The US '74 or '75, though special cars, will NEVER be a '74 or '75 Euro Carrera in desirability or value.
