D, I'm fairly certain it's a bad fuel pump, just haven't had time to jack with it...
For you electronics guys, got any ideas on this power supply board for a TV? I've replaced all the bad caps but I'm still not getting power through the two sets of outputs fed by this crispy bit.
I tried that but still no dice
