It is possible that I helped spread word to people who would make it a "dump and run" situation but probably not unless I hear otherwise.
I have a relative there that knows a lot of the type of people that you would want to talk to in this situation. I asked him to make calls and suggest that the best way to get something out of this would be for them to park the car somewhere and call the tip line for the reward.
