We have finally given notice to our existing management co. where our condo is located.
We have selected another one. The one we have now is pretty sad. It gets a one star rating out of 5 in the reviews. The man. co is very big in North Am. I am not willing to disclose which it is until our contract is over this fall.

We ended up having them because our previous man. co was taken over by the pos co.
If anybody is involved in looking at a new man. co for their building pm me so you can avoid this co. They like to take your $$$ but don't like to do a good job. Not only that but our $$ were in trust. With our new man. co we will be signing our own cheques at monthly meetings.

We spent some time and $$$ with a condo lawyer. We told him why we wanted to change and he had our full support. Some of us on the Board smelt a rat and now we breathe easier.
