1968 911 / 912 Mirror mount screws ??
Does anyone know the fastener (x3) used to mount the small rectangular, rear view mirror mount plate to the roof of a 1968 911 or 912?
They had the unique break-away style roof mounted mirror and I have the parts to assemble - less the hardware.
The roof lining has been installed and it is very difficult to determine if the fasteners were sheet metal screws or M4 metal thread screws.
Looking for a definitive answer, prefer first hand experience or photo of the parts if you have your '68 in pieces and can lay your hand on that exact Ziploc bag!!
