Did solve the issue with the lack of boost after installing the electronic boost controller. Could not get more then 0.7 bar even after changing the WG spring from 0.5 to 0.7 bar. Yesterday evening put a plastic tightener on the hose that goes from T connector to the bottom of the WG. Her is the picture before the "repair"
This morning started the car and drove the highway. After 10 minutes when the engine was warm floored the gas pedal (5th gear, around 3000 rpm) and felt big boost. Just after 2 seconds looked at the boost gauge and it read 1,25 bar and at that moment either CV or the chip cut the air or fuel. Stopped, adjusted the EBC at around 0,8 bar.
It's so good to have the boost back. I get good boost numbers already just below 3000 rpm. When I will have time, will fine tune it and set around 0.9 - 0.95 bar up to 4500 and dropping to 0.7 bar at 6000 rpm.
