Mr Rickman is heavily involved in our local hotrod scene and hangs out with people like Gale Banks, so my thinking is that he might have some valuable info on the subject? I though I ask here to see if anyone may know anything about cars going to the crusher driving with tempered smog equip.
About 5 years ago, I was coming the other way and saw one of those rolling smog check set up. They funnel all the cars, similar to soberly check points, pick only a certain ones to get check. I believe they sniff and put them on the roller. I hear they plug your OBD 2, if you fail that, then they sniff you.
