Those things weigh about 400 lbs. each. Total crap, I hate to say.
And I agree that it could be returned to stock but price a new set of 7/9" Fuchs these days and get out the smelling salts. That was not a good mod. Same with new door panels from dealer, which is the only place you'll find them. The steering wheel is easy to find, (few hundred $$), shifter would be a dealer item.
Don't get me wrong, it's not irreversibly ruined but will take many thousands to put right. I'm pretty sure that celebrity ownership heritage adds little or nothing, (especially when they don't own it anymore), unless it's McQueen or something.
So what do these go for normally with same miles?
