Not sure if we are spreading it or other states are simply following us. I have give credit where it is due. Remember those smog apart days whey you were a kid? Its so bad that when we went running outside that we just couldn't take a deep breath without coughing. Now that air has been clean for some times. A lot better if you ask me. Part of that is due to tighter reg. on cars and trucks. But the way we are going and all the none sense like classic cars are just BS. It is what it is, so I am here trying to soak it all in. The 30 year bill is start to make a little sense. Its a start, but who knows?
