Helped my friend the 356/912 restoration Guru replace rotten heat exchanger exhaust flanges on a 78' SC this morning. Got it done.
My friend was rather filthy so I hopped into those leather seats and backed the car off the lift.
Owner arrives, meet and greet, told him "since I wound up as the clean one, I backed your car off the lift."
Owner to me: "Well I hope you enjoyed your 911 driving experience?"
Me: Um, my SC is an '82.
