986/987 Prices are highly dependent on the year and mileage.
97-99: $6-10k
00-02: $8-12k - add around $2k for S models
03-04: $10-15k + $2k for S
987 are more difficult to chart. Pristine 987S with low miles are still trading in the $20s, although higher mileage cars can be had in the teens.
I don't know what kind of premium a "Mint" car is going to bring. Not as much as you might think because a "mint" 97-99 car still isn't as desirable as a later car in excellent condition. They are used cars, not appreciating classics -- do you don't see a #2 car bringing a price multiple over a #3.
