Glad you are safe. Lots of flooding up here in Austin. I am thankful I live at the top of a hill but realize not everyone is in the same situation.
Do as Kenik says. pull the plugs, change oil and rotate motor to makes sure no water remains in the engine. At a minimum pull floor carpet and seats and dry out the car. Do not let it sit while wet. Mold is nasty
Other than a good cleaning you should not need anything else.
