Beautiful and dry as a bone here today. We've got the windows open with a nice cool breeze blowing through. It helps to be on the corner and the 5th floor.
Apparently, we're done with rain and hot for a week or more. The mornings have been 75-80° for a while. I'm looking forward to mornings in the 60s and low 70s.
