The only worry I would have, besides my well documented hatred of all things related to high relative humidity, is that Nashville and Murfreesboro are a 3 Wood and a Wedge from anything remotely different. You are in the heart of the hilly South and Midwest.
I like the South and you will no doubt enjoy Tennessee. But, from Murfreesboro, you are a 6 plus hour car drive to the coast...draw a 400 mile arc around Nashville and you will soon understand that flying will be your best friend.
Again, I love where I live and wouldn't even consider moving except for air so wet and dense three months a year you don't so much breath it you swim in it.
