Yes she poked a bear with a stick. That started to become obvious.
If that was her intention, then I congratulate her for testing the laws as a citizen (something I am not able to do in your country)
If that wasn't her intention then she should have recognized how the situation was escalating.
As I said earlier though, neither of her intentions forgives the agent for his actions. That TMZ video posted above is a great example of the cop not being emotionally immature like the border agent was. The agent should have been trained to take a deep breath or walk away and leave her in the handset the female agent if he needed to cool down
