I haven't had any issue with the vac getting stuck once I swapped our pumps around. Seems the primary pump had seal going bad and once it kicked the bucket I just moved the waterfall pump over while I could rebuild the main pump. They are identical. The more pressure the good pump is making means the vac hasn't gotten stuck since.
