Arrow Blue...
If I recall correctly, Arrow Blue was a normally available color for most SC's, but for some reason it was rarely ordered.
If it has a matching interior I'd say that it's very rare.
That sounds like an SC worth saving, and those early ones ('78/'79) were really quick. I think they had a higher flow fuel distributor and large port heads that flowed really well. A vintage road test from the late 70's managed a mid 5 second 0 to 60 time and near 100 mph in the QM on a base Targa!
