You don't realize how much you turn your head in your day to day life, until it hurts like a MF to do so!
Got up this morning and pretty much couldn't move my head my neck was so stiff. Still not sure what caused it.
Went and saw the chiropractor first thing and he got it a bit more mobile, but it still hurts to move much at all. Sitting at a desk was impossible. At home now laying flat in bed with my computer propped up so I can get some work done.
