Finally!

Hey all! It’s been a long time since last post, but I finally got my baby fixed up!

I ended up trailering over to Automotive Techniques in Novi, Michigan. They did a great job. The owner, Jeff, was absolutely a straight shooter. Dave, the service mgr. was a nice guy as well. Like I said, they seemed to care. They actually talked me out of spending more money (believe it or not)!

I drove the car home, 200 miles’ish, two weeks ago. No issues and ran great. Have since driven her a few times and pushed her a bit (can you say powerslide ). All is good in 911 land!

They pulled the engine and trans, replaced the clutch and upgraded fork. Valve lash adjustment, CV maintenance, full tune up, cleaned up the engine bay (which really needed it), removed AC hardware, and lots of other little stuff.

Here are a couple pics. I wish a snapped a few more, but with the shop being 200 miles from home it made it slightly difficult!

Cheers

p.s. PP always comes through, I truly enjoy being a customer (did I just say I like spending my hard earned money?!) and being part of this community.
